Harper Architect Inc. has 25 years experience in design.  Our experience is multi-faceted and includes a wide range of projects.  We have not only watched the evolution of architecture, but have actively participated in its transition. Our knowledge of planning comes not only from the day to day technical practice of architecture, but from the direct personal contact with our clients.
